I have a pinched nerve in my neck, and the doctor ordered me to be off of my phone for the next two weeks.
Basically he yelled at me for working 14 hour days— yeah yeah… I know.
He said if I must use it, it needs to be at eye level. So I found this contraption what do you think? 😂
